Plain Dirty (aka Briar Patch) Inez Macbeth (Dominique Swain) is a young woman who struggles to handle a myriad of life issues, including her abusive husband (Henry Thomas), unsolicited passes from an admirer (Arie Verveen) and a fling with the man (James Urbaniak) she thinks is her soul mate. Soon, Inez's life begins to spiral out of control as she desperately searches for happiness.
