College Junior Shot Dead in Student Union Building


A college junior died after being shot Thursday night in Savannah State University's student union building. The college said in a statement, Christopher Starks, who is from the metro Atlanta area, died at a local hospital. The campus had earlier been locked down "due to a shooting incident." The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is handing the case with the assistance of the SSU Police department.
