Homeless people show their "homes" and share personal insights... candid and compelling stories. Homelessness can happen to anyone. No one plans to become homeless. Donate and learn more at JoppaOutreach.Org ABOUT US: Joppa is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving unsheltered homeless people that live under bridges, in tents, shacks and vehicles in Polk County. Joppa volunteers visit with 100 – 200 homeless people each week, right where they are living. We build relationships and help people get back into housing. Since 2008, Joppa has helped 169 people get off the streets with private donations and volunteers. More than 90% of these men, women and children are still in housing.
