Feds Move to Consolidate Lawsuits Over Hillary Clinton Emails

The Justice Department is preparing to ask a federal judge to consolidate pending lawsuits demanding copies of emails sent or received by Hillary Clinton, or her top aides. The planned move could place dozens of Freedom of Information lawsuits in front of a single judge, in order to avoid conflicting schedules for the release of records. The proposed action should not alter plans for monthly public releases of Clinton's emails, but could halt orders to produce emails her aides have turned over to the State Department in recent weeks. The Justice Department plans to ask for disclosures of those records to be put on hold, until the motion to coordinate the dozens of cases is resolved. http://politi.co/1IGgMqn http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ This video was produced by Wochit using http://wochit.com
