Special forces training in the Phoenix metro area


On Thursday evening a team of helicopters descended on downtown Phoenix where helicopters were seen orbiting and hovering around the Sandra Day O'Connor Federal Courthouse. One of the helicopters had military personnel rappelling down onto the roof of the building while others orbited the area. http://bit.ly/1PGhZHw
