This is a tiny house community in Seattle. I want to do this in Oklahoma, but it would have to have businesses, like a flea market and sell produce, etc. to pay for itself, each person would have to be engaged in some sort of income producing activity within 30 days of moving in. Upcycling would be a main factor, 95% of all the wood and things going into it would be from construction waste and donations. They have already built something like this in Norman Oklahoma but I believe the key, is putting people to work at things they can handle doing. What do you think of this idea?
