US Issues Worldwide Travel Alert For Holiday Season


Noting recent terror attacks in France and Mali and the bombing of a Russian plane in Egypt, the U.S. State Department on Monday issued a worldwide travel alert for U.S. citizens. The alert says organizations including the Islamic State, al-Qaeda and Boko Haram "continue to plan terrorist attacks in multiple regions." It also cites the upcoming holiday season as reason for concern.
