195 Countries Sign Historic Climate Deal in Paris


Dec. 14 -- The Paris Climate talks have delivered an agreement described as "a leap for mankind," and also claims that the fight against global warming will need unprecedented investment. The International Energy Agency put the figure at $16.5T through 2030. Bloomberg's Nathaniel Bullard reports on "First Up."
