The coroner's report for the death of Scott Weiland has been released. The rock singer and front man known well for his struggles with drugs died of mixed drug toxicity. According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, Weiland died with a mixture of cocaine, alcohol and ecstasy in his system. The coroner determined his death to be accidental. A founding member of the band Stone Temple Pilots, Weiland also found success helming the super-group Velvet Revolver.
