It had not erupted since May 2009. Japan, S.Korea To Discuss Food Import Ban but get this: South Korea maintains it should be lifted in stages. Japan argues that the ban has no scientific basis and should be removed across the board. But on the Brighter side of things, we are told " The number of nuclear weapons decreases". Gee, I feel all warm and fuzzy now. Meanwhile, back where the Pacific Meets North America, among So Many recent Marine catastrophies: here's the newest (to my knowledge anyway) Tuna Crabs washing up on the beaches all over the place. Oh well, probably not related to the toxic "algae" bloom that runs from Alaska to Southern California. Nah, they probably aren't related, right?
