(11/30/15) – Mary Fallin: Governor of Oklahoma Declared a State of Emergency after Winter Storms and Flooding. Fallin issued the order, which will be in effect for 30 days, for all 77 Oklahoma counties. Nearly 100,000 homes were without power Sunday after freezing rain, ice and sleet hit the state Thursday.
