In Malaysia Muslims Can't Vape.


Malaysia's National Fatwa Council has declared e-cigarettes "haram" which means forbidden. The council came to decision after it considered Syariah teachings, and medical and scientific studies. "From the Syariah aspect, it is detrimental to health.
