Oil Tumbles as OPEC Opens the Taps on Output Target


Dec. 7 -- OPEC's decision to not limit oil production has sent prices tumbling further, as Brent Crude fell to six-year lows in London trading. Bloomberg's Julian Lee and David Wethe examine the influence OPEC holds over the oil industry and the prospect of even more oil flooding the market going forward.
