OKC GOOD Community Story | A Curbside Christmas for Billy Ray


The Curbside Chronicle is a monthly magazine sold on the streets of Oklahoma City by homeless and at-risk of being homeless vendors. In late 2013, one of their most dedicated vendors, Billy Ray, tragically lost his leg. The Curbside Chronicle then partnered with Scott Sabolich Prosthetics and Limbs for Life to give Billy Ray what he called "the best Christmas present I've ever had in my life" To see Billy Ray selling magazines while he was still in his wheelchair, check out this video from the Oklahoma News Report on OETA. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOMsFTfyqv4
