Judge Rules Obamacare is Being Funded Unconstitutionally

Judge Rosemary Collyer, today ruled that Obamacare was funded unconstitutionally. The federal judge struck down the law with a 38 page opinion saying it needs Congress approval. The Game of Thrones of politics continues as the Department of Justice plans to Appeal.
