We already live in a society that punishes the poor in various ways. But does it make sense to throw someone behind bars if he or she owes money? Bankruptcy protection does not extend to all debt, and if you fail to pay certain people back, you could be facing a prison sentence. This video talks about specific people who have spent time in debtor's prison.
