Your friends won't start supporting you until strangers start celebrating you. This is one of my favorite quotes and it's oh so true. Believe it or not, if your thinking about quitting your job, following a passion, following a dream, or starting your own business; oddly enough the people you would expect to support you the most ie friends and family are actually going to be less supportive than total strangers. It's an odd thing but it's true. Also, you typically won't have the respect and support of your friends until you've already had some success. You friends and family won't take notice until strangers do. In this video I explain this wierd pheneminom and discuss how you need to motivate yourself and give yourself pats on the back with your successes and pick yourself up after failures because your the only one who's going to do that.
