Kevin and Annissa Coy recently decided to sell most of their possessions and move out to The Pacific Northwest. They bought an affordable piece of land next to the ocean and began building a small home. Not tiny, but still very small. About the size of a two-car garage. All of this is being done without borrowing money to remain debt-free.
