Low-altitude drones get new regulations

On Tuesday, the Obama administration is unveiling new rules that will allow for low-level drone flights. But officials confirmed that these drones can only be flown within sight of an operator and not over people. President Barack Obama gave an interview in which he announced, "We are in the early days of an aviation revolution that will change the way we do business, keep people safe, and gather information about our world." These low-level flight drones must weigh under 55lbs, according to the regulations.
