In 2014, a surge of child migrants from Central America arrived in Mexico, causing a political crisis in the U.S. Last year Mexico detained 190,000 migrants -- a number that has doubled since 2012. The number of migrants caught on the U.S. border has also soared. The U.S. feels that Mexico could be doing more and the Department of Homeland Security is considering sending agents there to assist in the crisis. Mexico's deputy interior minister says, "We're at the limit of our resources." The country has tried to strengthen its borders, but migrants have quickly adapted and found ways in.
