Microsoft Buys LinkedIn

Megan Morrone and Jason Howell talk to Dr. Kiki Sanford about Microsoft's purchase of LinkedIn. Satya Nadella announced plans to acquire LInkedIn in a massive $26.2 billion all cash deal, the biggest acquisition deal in Microsoft’s history and first major acquisition under CEO Satya Nadella. Microsoft plans to pay $196 per LinkedIn share, which is 50% more than Friday’s closing price for LinkedIn stock.
