Nearly Half of the Orlando Shooting Victims Were Puerto Rican

On Tuesday, a official said that 23 of the 49 victims killed in the massacre at a gay Florida nightclub shooting are Puerto Ricans. Puerto Rico's justice secretary, Cesar Miranda hasn't yet specified how many were born in the U.S. mainland to Puerto Rican parents and how many had moved there from the island.
