Britian's reffrendum to leave the European Union was not met positvely by all U.K. citizens. An online petition surfaced on Sunday calling for a second referendum on Britian's Exit from the EU. With 3 million signatures gathered alredy the petition request that the government excute a rule that states that if the "Remain" or "Leave" groups win less than 60% with less than a 75% turnout than autmoaticaly "there should be another referendum."
