Sanders Seems To Be Winding Down His Campaign

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has had a good, strong run, but now he seems to be winding down his campaign. This comes in the wake of president barack Obama, vice president Joe Biden, and Massachusetts senator Elizabeth Warren all throwing their support behind Hillary Clinton. The main political groups surrounding Sanders are saying it’s time to come together. Sanders has well outperformed anyone’s expectations, and he’s brought a wave of energy through younger democrats. However, at a campaign rally on Thursday, Sanders made no mention of Clinton or the democratic party’s convention. Instead, he made statements such as, “We need real change in this country.
