Car with baby inside taken when company repossesses car

About 5 p.m. an area repossession company employee called police to a convenience store near East 21st Street and South Memorial Drive. The employee said they’d found a a baby in the backseat of a car they’d repossessed, police said. http://bit.ly/2amiyVW
