FBI Head James Comey is set to testify at the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee about Hillary Clinton's email investigation. Ahead of that testimony, committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, Republican from Utah, said he plans to explore the difference between the tough language Comey used to condemn Hillary Clinton's use of a private server as "extremely careless" and the conclusion that no "reasonable prosecutor" should move forward with the case.
