During Negotiations Dallas Suspect Claimed He Wanted to Kill Whites

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings and Police Chief David Brown spoke Friday morning about one of the suspects that targeted police. Brown said the man was upset with white people and police over the recent killings of black men. Brown also revealed that the suspect was killed when police used a robot to detonate an explosive device. Prior to the detonation, a hostage negotiator talked to the suspect for several hours.
