We want to be self-sufficient even outside of our home, so one of the things we’ve been focusing on is learning what edible plants are in our area, and how we might be able to capitalize on those for free food! More specifically, it’s HUCKLEBERRY SEASON and we’ve been trying to gather as many huckleberries as possible to stock our pantry with!
