Across American being homeless makes it difficult for a person to vote especially when this situation is ignored during campiagning. These individuals live often in areas , like a parks and underpasses, that inhibit them from reaching a voting booth. Some of which may find it more important to find necessities, food and water, before even thinking about casting their ballot.
