Slain Baton Rouge Police Officer Had 4 Month Old Baby

The associated press just revealed the name of one of the three officers who was killed in Baton Rouge this morning. A state representative told the A.P. that the officer's name is Montrell Jackson. He stated that he knows Jackson from personal experience and he spoke to his family earlier today. Tragically, Jackson just had a baby who is only four months old. Jackson recently posted a facebook update stating his concern for the way he was being treated after the shooting of Alton Brown and said the last three days had tested him to the core. Jackson responded to a call of man with a gun and he and two others were shot dead by the unseen gunman. 3 other policemen were shot, one of which is still in critical condition at the local hospital.
