Amid the latest terror attack in France, the U.S’s 2 major party candidates are taking very different tones, addressing the tragedy. Thursday night, Donald Trump said he if he were in office he would ask for declaration of war against ISIS, while Hillary Clinton called for greater intelligence gathering to fight terror groups. Both candidates' responses give way to the once again highlighting the sharp differences in their foreign policy stances. Trump continues to push his belief that the U.S. needs to be "tough" in its response to terrorism.
