City attorney Samuel clark says he's thinking about riot charges against 50 people who staged a rally on Interstate 94 in St. Paul, Minnesota, to protest the police shooting death of Philando Castile. Clark says his office is looking into evidence from the Saturday night protest to determine whether charges can be made. Clark stated the protesters endangered people when they walked onto the interstate and would not leave. Following the interstate arrests, police kept protesters from walking in the road on Grand Avenue on Sunday and arrested 52 people. They were cited for public nuisance and unlawful assembly before being released. http://apne.ws/29zm269 http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
