Florida Governor Rick Scott says about six hundred thousand homes have lost power due to Hurricane Matthew, and more outages are likely. The storm moved near the state's coast on a northward track after killing hundreds of people in Haiti. Scott says the state will see more outages and hundred mile winds. He also said the Jacksonville area may see significant flooding. Matthew is projected to run parallel to the shore over the next two days. It could produce a possibly devastating storm surge of up to 10 feet over some 500 miles of coast, which stretches from central Florida up into South Carolina. http://bit.ly/2dT5xJr http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
