A wrongful-death lawsuit was dismissed by a judge on Friday that was filed by families in Newtown, Connecticut. The lawsuit was filed "against the maker of the rifle used in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting massacre." The judge cited "an embattled federal law that shields gun manufacturers from most lawsuits over criminal use of their products." A motion to strike the lawsuit was granted to Remington Arms by State Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis. The Remington Bushmaster AR-15 was used in the school shooting that killed 20 first graders and six educators on December 14, 2012. http://apne.ws/2eDXBLg http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
