France: Mogherini fears loss of EU leverage over Turkey as relationship hits crossroads



“Turkey would lose a lot” if its EU accession process was to end, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini stated in Strasbourg on Tuesday.
