New tax proposed for streaming services



A lot of people are probably binge-watching the brand new "Gilmore Girls" series on Netflix this holiday weekend. While binge-watching might seem like a luxury, some cities around the country are calling it a utility. As Carter Evans reports, that means they're trying to tax it.
