The Russian Centre for Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria delivered humanitarian aid as well as presents to children at a refugee camp in the village of Jibreen, Friday, after a ceasefire deal came into effect at midnight. Military personnel distributed hot meals, bread and tea to refugees who had gathered near a field kitchen. Afterwards the children received presents and sweets which were sent by Russian citizens, some of them coming from children of Orenburg. The humanitarian operation was monitored by a battalion of military police of the Russian Ministry of Defence, which arrived in Syria a week ago.
