Turkey And Russia Agree On Syrian Ceasefire



Turkey and Russia have reportedly agreed on a proposal for a general ceasefire in Syria. The countries will aim to put it into effect by midnight. The ceasefire will not include areas where government forces are battling armed groups declared terrorist organizations by the United Nations. More than 400 thousand Syrians have been killed since the start of the civil war in 2011.
