Flint Residents Sue EPA #okc #news #wth



over 1,700 residents of Flint, Michigan have sued the U.S. government, seeking class action status for their claims and $722 million in damages. They say the Environmental Protection Agency mismanaged the water crisis that exposed thousands of children to lead poisoning. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Michigan on Monday.
