President-elect Donald Trump wants to quickly abolish Obamacare. GOP lawmakers believe he needs a plan to replace the Affordable Care Act before he does, but he disagrees. He wants to have Obamacare completely out of the system by next week. Still, republicans are no where near having a replacement healthcare plan ready.
