If you read the Ordinance SEC. 42.15 you will see that I was actually outside the boundary of the boardwalk that the ordinance governs, I was on the beach. Also I was there to film a video clip to add to my reel. I was Meditating and practicing Yoga-balance for.a video about spirituality. Note that SEC. 42.15 says nothing about engaging in an activity for a video recording. I was not soliciting tips, so weather I was performing or not is up to personal interpretation. Is this an Abuse of Power? Were 1st Amendment rights violated? Or does He deserve to go to Jail? You be the judge. And share with people who care.
