Multiple Hostages Taken in Delaware Prison #okc #news #wth



According to officials, four guards and a counselor were taken hostage by inmates on Wednesday inside a Delaware prison. All the state's prisons have reportedly been put on lockdown as police swarm the facility. According to Bruce Rogers, counsel for the Correctional Officers Association of Delaware, inmates have taken control of one building at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center. Rogers went on to describe the building under inmate control as housing for 120-150 prisoners, adding that there has been very little communication or demands between inmates and those on the outside. According to its website, the James T.
