Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D.-CA) said the Republicans and President Donald Trump would not be able to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Pelosi said, “The Republicans have been baying at the moon for seven years, in March it was seven years since the president signed the bill. They have been baying at the moon that they have a better idea. They’ve come up with nothing. They say repeal and replace. That has alliteration, but that’s all it has going for it.” She added, “How can they do it? They do not have the votes. They have alliteration. But they don’t have votes.”
