White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer takes four questions from non-Washington, DC reporters during his daily briefing over Skype— a first for a White House press briefing. The questions were about cutting federal funds to "sanctuary cities, bringing jobs to Cleveland Ohio, giving federal lands back to states, and speeding up the return of coal mine jobs.
