According to attorneys, the most potentially serious disclosures are the leaks of details in phone calls intercepted between Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak and just-fired National Security Adviser Mike Flynn. Experts say leaks of intelligence-related intercepts are usually treated more seriously than disclosures of other classified information.
