Environmental activists rallied outside the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) offices in Los Angeles, Wednesday, after the federal agency issued the order to go ahead with the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL). The Army Corps issued the final federal permit for the Dakota Access Pipeline on Wednesday, with work expected to start immediately despite huge opposition from activists.
