According to Somalia's prime minister 110 people have died from hunger in the past 48 hours in a single region. This is a result of severe drought that is threatening millions of people across the country. According to the United Nations, 5 million people in this Horn of Africa are in need assistance, as there are signs of a full-blown famine.
