Bernie Sanders Calls For Feds to Investigate Suspicious Insulin Price Spike #okc #news #wth



The price of Insulin has continued to increase since 2002, and this is odd considering the patent for the drug expired decades ago. Bernie Sanders suspects pharmaceutical companies are coordinating to raise prices in tandem so those that depend on the drug have no choice but to pay the exorbitant prices for it. This is a tactic known as "shadow pricing," and Bernie Sanders is calling for a federal investigation into the companies that sell Insulin to determine whether or not they are, in fact, ripping off their customers.
