Iran’s Guardian Council passes law to harden nuclear stance, against President Rouhani’s will



Although Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif announced Tehran would comply to the 2015 nuclear deal if the United States agreed to re-join it, Iran’s Guardian council watchdog has approved a new law hardening the country’s nuclear stance, halting the United Nations’ inspections of nuclear sites and stepping up Uranium enrichment beyond the limits established by the JCPOA 2015 nuclear deal.
