Europe's Most Violent, Instagram-Obsessed Leader



This is the Chechen Republic’s Instagram tyrant, Ramzan Kadyrov. For more than a decade, he has murdered his rivals, tortured his critics and terrorized the country’s population with a heavily armed militia he calls the ‘Kadyrovtsy’. More recently, he has waged a brutal genocide on LGBTQ+ people living in Chechen Republic in Southern Russia.
